This is a targeted flow designed to open up the hamstrings for splits & strengthen the shoulders, wrists, psoas, and core muscles needed for handstand. The last portion of this video consists of drills that you watch, pause, then practice on your own. That is why it is a 60 minute class, but only 50 minutes of video.
