Work towards both a flexible mind & a flexible spine with this 90 minute heart opening sequence. I designed this class to help deepen your backbends through slow and mindful movements. Expect some feel-good shoulder openers, core strengthening exercises , and deep breathing ॐ. This class starts slow, but it builds! My mission is to make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone in need, so for the time being, my online classes will be donation based.
