Tuesdays:
  • All Levels Flow at 8am Pacific Time

Wednesdays: 

  • Yoga Nidra (45 Min) 7pm Pacific Time
Fridays:
  • 8am All Levels Flow at 8am Pacific Time

LIVE Classes at Equinox

Sundays: 

  • 2:15pm-3:15pm Yin Yoga (Equinox Sports Club) (I am not teaching this class in May due to a training) 

Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Starting in May 7pm-7:45pm Power Flow (Equinox Union Street) 
All On Demand Classes are Donation Based

  • Most lessons are currently offered via zoom due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, If you live in SF I am now opening up in person lessons.
